Pointers

  • This program is an ideal fit to improve English Language skills for students coming from Rural educational background. This program follows an Activity Based Training model.
  • Pre Assessment will be conducted at the start of the training program. Pre Assessment topics include English Grammar, Oral and Written Communication. The students will be categorized on a scale of 1-5 (5 – Excellent, 4 – Good, 3 – Average, 2 – Needs Attention, 1 – Needs more attention) based on the pre assessment scores.
  • The objective of the English Competency Development program will be to enhance the English Language skills of the students by at least one grade (meaning students with grade 1 to become grade 2, 2 to 3, 3 to 4 and so forth). At the end of the training program a post assessment will be conducted to evaluate the final skills.
  • Apart from the pre & post assessments, 15 classroom & 4 home assessments will also be conducted at regular intervals and students will be graded accordingly. The objective of these assessments is to quantify the improvement in students in English Language skills.
  • Talent Assessment Tool (TAT) – ONLINE TEST SOFTWARE featuring English Language Enhancement Tests will be provided to all the students.
  • English Competency Development (ECD) Course material will be provided for all the students. (Hard Copy – 200 pages)
